To maintain hygiene standards in the beauty industry, we can only accept returns on items that remain in their original packaging with all seals intact.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Upload clear photos of the unopened product and its original packaging to our returns portal for a quick preliminary review by our quality team.

  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, place the items in their original box with all protective bubble wrap to ensure the products are not damaged during the transit back to our warehouse.

  Refund Processing

  After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
