Are Typsy Beauty products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are 100% cruelty-free. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals at any stage of production.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on products that are damaged or defective upon arrival. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placement. After that, we are unable to make changes as it has likely entered the shipping process.
